Return to Earn: Insights for Supporting Comebackers to Completion and Careers

Shifting postsecondary structures to support this prospective student population is crucial for addressing the state’s workforce shortage. However, the needs of these individuals, often from underinvested populations, remain understudied—leaving institutions and policymakers with few evidence-based solutions to improve their educational outcomes.
